Teams are auto-assigned into one of 8 Swiss groups the moment they're approved (random among groups with room, capped at 32) — no action needed. Workflow: Step 1 creates all 16 tournaments (8 Swiss Groups + 8 Divisions) empty and un-started, purely so they have stable Challonge URLs to show on the public site right away. Step 2 is just normal registration on the site — nothing to click here. Step 3 (Sync) makes each Swiss Group's Challonge roster match the site — adds newly confirmed teams, renames anyone whose info changed, and removes anyone deleted/declined/reassigned since the last sync. Run it as many times as you want as approvals (or deletions) happen. Step 4 starts every Swiss Group at once when you're ready to lock the field (Challonge won't accept new participants into a group after this). Step 5 runs once all 3 Swiss rounds are scored — it finalizes standings, ranks teams into Divisions A–H, and fills + starts those brackets.

Generate each flight once its matches are open on Challonge (i.e. once the previous round's scores are fully entered). This pulls the matches, assigns courts 1–32 within the flight's block layout, posts to the public Schedule page, and texts both teams their court/time.
